Reservations and Cancellations
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointments as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is require at the time of booking to guarantee your reservations. Your massage and wellness appointments are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of cost of the scheduled services. Clients who miss the appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the schedule service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only loose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, our staff is paid on commission and have travelled to the studio specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for lost revenue.
We ask that you turn your cell phones to vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the studio.
We ask that you please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. We do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted to avoid interupting the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled appointments will apply, so please plan accordingly.
Accepted Forms Of Payment
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Exhale Massage and Wellness Gift Cards.
Gratutiy is not included in the price of your service. Customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip the therapist in the room or upon check out at the front desk with cash or credit card.
We appreciate your business, however due to the sensitive nature of many of our products, we are unable to make exchanges or accept returns on opened products. Unopened products can be returned up to 7 days after your purchase with a receipt. We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed as cash.
