About Us

Reservations and Cancellations: 

In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend booking your services as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.  To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.  Your massage and wellness appointments are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your scheduled services. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.  We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only loose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled a service for the same time. Additionally, our staff is paid on commission and have travelled to the studio specifically for your service.  For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for lost revenue. 

Cell Phones: 

We ask that you turn your cell phones to vibrate or off upon your arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the facility. 

Check In: 

We ask that you please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. We do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of the service may be adjusted to avoid interrupting the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of your scheduled service will apply, so please plan accordingly. 

Accepted Forms Of Payment: 

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Exhale Massage and Wellness Gift Cards.  We do accept Health Savings Cards for Massage Therapy Services. 

Gratuity: 

Gratuity is not included in the price of your service. Customary tipping runs 15%-20% but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip the therapist in the room or upon checkout at the front desk with cash or credit card. 

Returns: 

We appreciate your business, however due to the sensitive nature of many of our products, we are unable to make exchanges or accept returns on open products. Unopened products can be returned up to 7 days after your purchase with a receipt. We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen.
